This week we were completing a reticulation service in Greenwood for one of our local real estate companies, who had a rental property that required some attention.

The property in question was a rental property in which the tenants had just vacated, and to say it was left in a state would be questionable. All the lawns & gardens were poorly performing due to lack of water, and the technicians had to complete a thorough service to get the retic back to optimal performance.

Over 30 pop up sprinklers were replaced, 15 micro jets & 20 umbrella caps with nozzles. The reticulation had not been turned on for a very long time!

The technicians also noted that 2 out of the 6 stations had low resistance test readings, and these two solenoid valves were cut out and replaced with 25mm Irritrol BSP valves.
