We were recently contacted by Anne who needed reticulation repairs in Madeley.
The repairs required were for both her controller unit and one of her solenoids.
After some work diagnosing and fault finding we discovered that her master solenoid had completely seized whilst open. This resulted in having a charged mains water line throughout her property.
The issue had caused leaks under the pavement, around the base of her roses and behind her alfresco which explained her excessively high water bill.
Her reticulation controller was also found to be faulty with the renowned problem of the Hunter X core dial turning but not showing the correct functions on the display.
