Morgan runs a small fresh produce farm in Jandabup and required professional help when it came to diagnosing his reticulation repairs and faults. He was finding that when he ran any station, nearly all his zones in a particular area came on at once.
He had spent weeks trying to figure out the issue, and called us at Ryan’s Retic for some help. We were able to determine that Morgan had 3 40mm station solenoids that needed locating and replacing, however on 14 acres that was going to be easier said than done!
We used the Armada pro 800 Valve locating wand, and were able to find the solenoids in a template out in the field. We cut out and replaced the larger variant of valves with 40mm BSP Irritrol solenoid valves and 40mm slip fix couplings for reconnection.
Morgan’s irrigation system was back up and running, just in time for the long hot summer ahead.
